  Because my flight got cancelled they gave me a cheque for 300 dollars. When I wanted to use it, it appeared I could only use it if I make a reservation by phone. First, they told me the cheque of 300 dollars was only worth 5000 pesos, which is a lie. It's about 5800 pesos. Than, the price for making the reservation on phone was much higher than on the website, plus reservation costs. At the end with my cheque it appeared, as i had to buy 2 tickets, worth nothing as it was cheaper to book it online without the cheque. I'm a very frequent flyer with Aeromexico, but this is, to put it in spanish, una estafa.
