  Bien ubicado en zona de museos y Auditorio Nacional, excelente calidad y ambiente de muy buen nivel, lujosas instalaciones. Servicio inmejorable con personal calificado. Precios de acuerdo al nivel del hotel.Recomendable siempre, cuando hay holgura en el gasto.

  Very classy hotel. Awesome location, safe, secure. Rooms and bathrooms are spacious and clean, staff is courteous and knowledgeable, and room service is pretty great as well! Great place to stay while spending a week in Mexico City!

  Instalaciones muy bonitas, las habitaciones son lo mas cómodas y con lo necesario si necesitas algo puedes pedirlo a recepción y lo traen de inmediato, personal es muy amable y atento. Solo hay que cuidar del servicio de estacionamiento en la madrugada, puesto que la caja se encuentra en un lugar donde no se alcanza a vislumbrar, el personal aunque te vea ahí parado esperando el ballet no te dice nada, si bien fue amable el chico, pero tuvimos que entrar para que nos proporcionarán el servicio.

  Great experience. The staff were great and the room was fantastic. Not super close to the city center, but close to the financial district and chipultupec castle. They recently remodeled the hotel and the interior looks fantastic. The rooms were spacious and had great views. Ask for one overlooking the museum ( across the street).

  The location is perfect to go anywhere in the city, staff is so nice and polite! they really care about your needs. The rooms are comfortable and beauty. It was a really good experience and I 'll repeat it with no doubt. I highly recommend it.
