  Un lugar tranquilo, agradable, todo el personal muy amable, la comida rica, todo el tiempo café disponible para los huéspedes. El único punto a mejorar es un poco la limpieza, de todo lo demás muy recomendable

  Not a real hotel. Friendly but many issues. 1. Not clean: Carpet not vacuumed, hairs in the sheets, bathroom floor gray with dirt, doors filthy. 2. Kitchenette? Not without utensils or cookware of any kind, fridge not working. No coffee maker. 3. Laundry? Ridiculous- ancient machines tucked in a dark nook, someone's belongings stashed in the dryer. 4. Reception friendly but not on site most of the day.

  Clueless staff, musty rooms, curtains are useless, noisy. The only good thing about this place is the proximity to Masaryk.
