  $380/ NIGHT. Room service told me 45 min. X a pizza. I canceled it of course. No tv since 7pm. Its now 11 pm. Telephonist said its a problem in the whole hotel. No idea when TV will come back . Rooms have been renewed with CHEAP materials. Already falling appart. Bed is comfortable at least bu I will not come back. Cant compare to Hyatt.

  I loved this place! Great service... Big and clean rooms, great views, amazing bed. Accesible, good parking and valet service. Good variety of restaurants in house. Great location to walk around. Atmosphere in the lobby is nice.

  Really enjoyed my stay here the staff were very friendly and helpful! Check-in was easy and the rooms were awesome and provided lots of space. The views from the room we're great. The gym was awesome and heads-up you can borrow gym clothes from the hotel for free including the shoes which was great to know for next time. I would definitely recommend this hotel!

  I went there for the Sustainable Development forum and stayed at the hotel for 4 nights. I had an amazing room on the 31st floor which was only for ladies. It had an amazing view of the park, and a comfortable bed. The staff were really helpful and professional. Breakfast was of great quality, delicious, and healthy. I loved the whole experience.

  The quality of the hotel is fantastic. But where is the hospitality that is supposed to come with it. I feel that because I am not dressed in a suit i am frowned upon. This is the second time I stay here and it is the second time I feel this way. Even when I asked for assistance they all seemed upset when they looked at me. I think our stays will. Be somewhere else.
