  Newly renovated hotel is nice but they don't have a pool or hot tub like it shows in the pictures and they don't let you use the facilities at the other seven crowns hotel. Also the breakfast is barely adequate with just eggs and toast.

  Great location . Wonderful staff who speak English. The rooms are large, comfortable, and air conditioned.

  Nice hotel, great location/views, helpful staff, awesome clean modern room, modest pricing. One downside, lots of car/truck/street noise if you get a room facing the Malecon.

  We stayed here in Nov. and it probably should get a 1 star to be honest. The only reason it gets 2 star is because we had a nice room. The management staff was very unaccomadating. For example, We asked for 2 extra paper coffee cups and were told no. But the worst is the construction. The noise is horrible. Drills and hammers going late into the night right outside our door. The hotel is only 1/2 finished but we were never told that. The restaurant, pool and bar do not yet exists. They are working on an entire floor of rooms yet, thus all the noise. It may be nice when it’s finished, but due to management i will not be back ever. Oh, and don’t expect any hot water....
