  I looked into this hotel because it looked reasonable. FYI look farther down the coastera rd the hotels are nicer. You can’t bring food from the outside, no fridge, our phone would ring throughout the night finally called to ask what’s up and they wanted to come fix it at 7 am. If your looking just for a room to stay book it if not look farther down!

  It's in a good location, on the beach with a pool. The staff are mostly attentive and friendly with exceptions. The rooms are of an acceptable standard and the air conditioning, although effective was a bit noisey. This is where the compliments end. This hotel is clearly geared with one type of clientele in mind, the national not the international type. It was impossible to relax by the pool. Don't get me wrong, family events in the pool can be great fun but when the music and announcements come from both the adult and children's pools at the same time with very loud music, it sounded like pure chaos 90 percent of the time. The speakers blasting this stuff out were no more than 30 meters apart meaning no matter where you went in the pool area you couldn't get away from it. Even with one set of speakers working the conversation at breakfast was difficult. We found ourselves leaving the hotel in the morning and going down the beach and spend our money at La Playita Santa Lucia; a much better ambiance. By the way this Holiday Inn 'does not tolerate guests bringing in their own food and drink' and I saw some guests being actively searched for such 'contraband' however others were allowed to pass with alcohol and groceries unhindered. TL;DR I don't get this place at all. Go somewhere else.

  Beach facing rooms are available. Good restaurant and pools.... Private access to the beach.... Clean and well kept rooms and they have a bar right next to the pool.

  No parking, rude arrogant manager, bad Wi-Fi, he yelled at me, even if you are doing something not allowed he should learn how to talk to the customers and being the manager doesn't mean he can be rude, their policies are only for some customers, the internet is very bad, no beach only huge stones outside, no parking you have to wait 30+ minutes to get your car from who knows where, and pay extra for parking, no fridge in the rooms you are not allowed to bring any other then water and you will be drinking warm water, only one ice station in the whole hotel, balcony had ashes when it's a smoke free hotel, the food is not good, for the price you will be better off at another hotel with a nice beach.

  The food was great and being a mere meters from the sea is a complete experience, feeling the breeze while having a drink chatting with friends is so relaxing. And for those who prefer there's also an option to eat inside.
