::Really bad service (apart from the valet!) Their after-service following up orders in transit are a complete waste of time trying to chase them up to get answers. Very disappointed with my experience and a tarnish to the name of the brand. My recommendation: buy in another Cartier where they value clients.

::El servicio me parece pessimo. Nos iban a llamar para informarnos sobre la fecha de entrega de un anillo para hacer el cambio de la talla y nunca nos contactaron. Varias llamadas del parte de mi novio mas tarde, salió que vendieron el anillo a otro cliente sin respetar nuestra reserva. Quien sabe quien es el gerente de la tienda pero hay mucho trabajo que hacer en este equipo. Todavía seguimos sin solución y siempre somos nosotros que tenemos que llamar a la tienda para seguimiento ya que nadie se hace responsable. Mi recomendación- comprar Cartier en otro país.
