  Nuestra estancia fue muy placentera incluso extendimos nuestras vacaciones...alimento, habitaciones, albercas, jardines, actividades y servicios de primera. Una felicitación especial a Osmar, del grupo de animacion por su excelente trato y en general a todo el personal que hace de esta experiencia algo muy placentero. Familia Gil Castillo

  Great family hotel. Pools are large and they have enough events to keep the kids busy. They did have a place to borrow/rent balls to use in the pool. Adult pools are quiet and have ample umbrellas and bar service. The main buffet had well seasoned food, and had ample selection. Buffet also had kid safe selections. The buffet provided gluten free options, but you should expect cross contamination. There is a small beach there, but we just went outside the resort to the big beach. Wal-Mart is a short walk away, faster if you go down the beach, if you need anything. Nightly shows are standard fare. Kids loved it and would be happy to go back.

  Muy bueno. La calides de las personas que trabajan en este hotel es muy buena, me toco tener la oportunidad de colaborar con la gente de mantenimiento y puedo decir que es cordial su atención asi nosotros al igual que meseros y seguridad yo recomiendo este hotel para próximos eventos y para venir de vacaciones o fin de semana. Lamento que hay comentarios por mal servicio en algunas áreas pero comprendan paso una de las semanas mas pesada y al termino siempre hay desajustes como todo e inconvenientes los FELICITÓ por su cordial ayuda en mi estancia en su hotel reciban un cordial saludo.

  Beautiful Family resort with servers always friendly. Food and drinks where plentiful and delicious. Had activities all day and show at night. Only frustration we had was trying to find a lawn chair by the pool where people would come out early to throw towels on them. Would highly recommend families to visit this resort.

  Excellent hotel! They could improve a little bit about the kindness of their employees, most of them are working like if they were angry. If you want to swim in a beach with waves, this hotel won't be the right for you because it has a line of rocks that reduces them down to cero. The rooms are very comfortable, at least the junior suite that I stayed in 😋, they have great shows all week... In general it is a great hotel for all the family!
